Haifa posted a picture on her personal instagram page @HaifaWehbe while she was in pairs. In the picture Haifa appears wearing these blue high top spiked sneakers by Christian Louboutin. Haifa not only loves Louboutin's high heels, she likes his sneakers as well ;).
