Haifa Wehbe celebrated the launching of Rotana Cafe in Dubai along with many other celebrities that work with Rotana. Haifa walked the red carpet wearing this mini white dress with satin sleeves designed by Versace. Haifa's dress comes from Versace 2014 Resort Collection.
