Haifa Wehbe was invited to the premier of the movie " The Immigrant" at Cannes Film Festival. Haifa walked the red carpet wearing this multicolor dress by Elie Saab. Haifa was on the cover of Nadeen magazine last week and stated that she wants her appearance to be very french and simple so her dress pick was expected. The dress comes from Elie Saab Ready To Wear Spring Summer 2013 Collection.
